Product(s) must be of an equivalent specification & Workmanship standard. Quotes should specify “Fully welded” or “using fittings”. All welds, Tig or Mig, welded by a licensed and qualified welder.

A written quote that is valid must be provided + Contractors license must be held by competitor + Workers Comp + Public liability over $20,000,000.

We don’t price match against products that are fabricated onsite. Our fabrications are all done offsite in a purpose built fabrication facility at our factory in Greenacre 2190.

We don’t price match for supply only prices. Only on supply and install prices.

We don’t price match against suppliers who do not undertake/supply/offer/specify on their quotes – “CAD drawings”. Bright has an inhouse engineer and draftsman to design and draw fabrication/shop drawings for client approval prior to works commencing.

We don’t price match against products without a 7 year guarantee.

Factory & Fabrication – Purpose-Built for Precision & Quality

At Bright Balustrading, our fabrication and operations are carried out in a purpose-built facility located in the heart of the Sydney metropolitan area. Conveniently positioned in Bankstown, our location provides seamless access to major arterial roads, allowing efficient movement of materials, fast project mobilisation, and close coordination with key local suppliers, processors, and finishers.

Our Facility at a Glance

  • Total Area: 1,000m², including enclosed factory, outdoor storage yard, and on-site client parking 
  • Factory Floor: Custom-laid out for lean manufacturing and team-based workstations 
  • Mezzanine Level: Dedicated to component storage and staging of accessories, fixings, and infill materials 
  • Office Area: Fully equipped with designated departments for Reception, Administration, Engineering, Drafting, Accounts, Sales & Marketing 

Fabrication Stations & Workflow

Our internal factory space is optimised for productivity and quality control, featuring:

  • Up to 10 dedicated fabrication stations, each staffed by 1–2 experienced welders, fabricators, or tradesmen, supported by fabrication assistants 
  • Every station is equipped with TIG and MIG welding machines, selected based on material type and project requirements 
  • Plant & Equipment includes: 
    • Forklifts for safe material handling 
    • Drill presses, milling machines, and band saws/drop saws  
    • Separated by material type (stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel) to preserve finish integrity and avoid contamination 
    • Clean, organised work areas to maintain precision and traceability throughout the build process 

Material Management & Quality Control

Our facility layout is carefully designed to support strict segregation of dissimilar metals, ensuring the integrity of sensitive materials, such as:

  • Dedicated stainless steel racks for 316 grade only 
    • We do not carry 304 stainless steel to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination in marine-grade fabrications 
  • Separate racking systems for: 
    • Aluminium 
    • Mild steel 
    • Brass and bronze 

Sawing and processing equipment is also material-specific, with individual band saws and drop saws designated exclusively for stainless, aluminium, or mild steel.

Team-Based Craftsmanship

Each fabrication team operates from its own bench and equipment setup, allowing for:

  • Focused project builds 
  • Minimised material handling 
  • Efficient workflow control 
  • Greater accountability and traceability from raw material to finished component 

This model supports the delivery of custom balustrades, handrails, louvres, screens, bollards, and other architectural metalwork with consistent quality, speed, and care.
